The paper put forward a new method of machining different top and bottom shaped workpieces based on difference interpolation theory, the method calculated the displacement of prp and psp plane to equivalent accumulated displacements of uv and xy plane, which was of advantages for simplifying programming, reducing accumulative errors caused by traditional calculation method and increasing machining precision 摘要提出了基于差分插补理论的加工上下异型面工件的新方法,把工件的下表面(参考平面,prp)和工件的上表面(第二平面,psp)上的插补运动位移换算为uv及xy两平面上的位移叠加,具有简化编程、减小传统计算方法产生的累积误差、提高加工精度的明显优点。
