The diagnosis and modification of mistakes in cad data is studied , the method is presented and a real example is given . development environments of vm systems are compared and some suggestions are given . in the end of the paper , a vm software for smt is developed which shows that all the techniques mentioned above can work correctly , so they can be used as reference on the research of vm technology for other industries 本文深入地研究了vm中存在的问题,对vm系统中必须解决的八个关键技术进行了研究,并给出了相应的解决方案:对于无缝连接提出了新的定义,并制订了vm表贴子系统的格式;研究了pcb版图的恢复问题;完成了器件库的建立工作;探讨了vm对cad数据进行差错、验证和修改,并针对实例给出了一个对应的解决方法;对开发环境作了比较研究,提出了一种vm系统开发环境,即以vc + +和opengl为核心的建立方法;开发了vm表贴子系统,验证了几个关键技术。
