In this thesis , the current situation , as well as some existing problems of mrpii / erp application in china are analyzed . through examining the development and implementation process of hy company ' s mis system project , which was coordinated by this author , the key factors affecting mrpii implementation and operation are analyzed and studied . solutions on implementation strategies and procedures for chinese manufacturing enterprises are also proposed based on management and system implementation experiences of some successful japanese and chinese enterprises 在本文中,笔者分析了我国mrpii / erp应用现状、存在的主要问题,通过对曾经组织的hy公司管理信息系统开发和实施过程的进一步研究,对mrpii实施和运行中的关键因素进行了分析和研究,并借鉴日本企业和中国优秀企业的管理经验和系统实施经验,提出了适合我国制造企业的实施策略和科学的实施步骤方案。
