5 . finally, conclusion and the improvement of the system . during the design of this project, our country's practical situation are fully considered . using contemporary new apparatus, developed electronic device advanced multi-functional programmable ac standard sources into the computer programmed control . developed the checking equipment which has multil-functions such as check, collect data, mirror caculation and data copy to achieve checking automatic or half-automatic of ac metor . it will make ac indictor's check and management to reach a new level 在本课题设计过程中,充分考虑到我国的具体国情,利用当代新器件,研制全电子式、高等级、多功能程控交流标准源,并将标准源与计算机控制相结合,研制出具有校验、数据采集、误差计算和数据打印等功能的校验设备,实现交流仪表的自动化或半自动化校验,使我国交流仪表的校验和管理达到一个新的水平。
This research has include these following : firstly, base on the analysis of the process principle and the limitation of the original system prototype, this paper has analyzed the reasons and redesigned the both organization and control of system, to improve the force condition this paper redesigned the organization of tool arm, to improve the precision of system change the motor and control card, and add the tool auto-check equipment 本文主要完成了以下几方面的内容:首先,在分析已有的初代系统不足的基础上,提出了改型方案,重新进行了机构和控制系统的设计,针对刀具电机受力不合理的问题,增加了支撑结构,重新设计了刀具连接体部分;针对加工臂偏摆电机的精度问题,更换了电机;针对加工设备不完善的问题,增加了对刀模块。
