Firstly , we use uml to construct the business model of crm application system based on the theory of crm . secondly , we analysis the business model further to give the skeleton of the components . thirdly , based on the skeleton , we use c + + and odbc api to implement the components and construct the component library 课题首先在crm基本原理的基础上利用uml (统一建模语言)对整个应用系统进行建模,然后细化模型,给出构件的框架,并以框架为蓝图用c + +语言和odbcapi数据库技术实现构件并搭建构件服务器。
